Hi Laureen
I don't know if you will have the time to help me with this, but i don't know how I would handle this. For a FQHC what modifier would you use for a face to face 99214 and 90801, and a face to face 99212 or 99211 and 99213 or 99214 on the same day for Medicare and Medicaid??
I will appreciate your help with this and thank you for the free webinars and the blitz video are a tremendous help!

I hope this helps. You would use a -25 modifier attached to the E/M if the psych interview is a significant, separately identifiable service. If the above question regards the same patient, you would have to choose which E/M to use as the same physician cannot bill for the same patient twice in one day.
